FAQ
Kinepolis Jaarbeurs Utrecht is conveniently located close to Utrecht Central Train Station and is well connected by train, bus and tram services. Cycle and car parking facilities are also available.
Coming by Public Transport
Train – When travelling by train, travel to Utrecht Central Station, then from the station follow the signs ‘Jaarbeursplein’. You will find the Kinepolis building on your left hand side after a short 5 minute walk. For guests travelling from Amsterdam Central Station or Schiphol Airport there is a direct train which takes you to Utrecht Centraal in approximately 30 minutes.
Bus & Tram – When travelling by bus or tram exit at the stop Centraal Station Jaarbeurszijde. From here follow the signs ‘Jaarbeursplein’. You will find the Kinepolis building on your left hand side after a short 5 minute walk.

Coming by Car
When travelling by car, once on the Utrecht ring road, you can reach Kinepolis Jaarbeurs by following the blue signs marked ‘Jaarbeurs.’ You can park at the parking marked P2 and P4 located on the Truus van Lierlaan. Please note that from the 1st of January the P3 parking is closed and the P1 parking is only partially accessible. For the participants of this conference we have a reduced parking rate of €10 per day which can be paid at the reception of the Kinepolis. If you are planning on leaving your car at the car park for several consecutive days please let us know as we will need to arrange another parking ticket for you.
Coming by Taxi
If you are travelling to Kinepolis Jaarbeurs by taxi, you can be dropped off at the taxi stands at Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht. The venue is just a short walk away.
Coming by Bike
You can park your bike next to the Kinepolis building in the free bike parking area located next to Jaarbeurs Hall 1.

When you walk through the city, be sure to take a look at the pandhof. A popular place for many bridal couples getting married in Utrecht. Semi-covered cloister garden at the Dom Church of Utrecht.
The garden is located between the Domkerk and the academy building.

No. Everyone can attend the conference. Bring your friends and family! Each person must have to a ticket to attend. Because of the special nature of this conference, there are no discounts for Fearless or Masters members.

Masters of Wedding Photography originated in the Netherlands as a contest in 2014 and grew into a platform for passionate and ambitious wedding photographers to learn, grow, and connect with other photographers in the community. The Masters has branches operating locally in the Benelux, Germany, Italy, the UK, and North America.
